Air Assault Air Conditioning & Electric was started in 2007 by Kevin Shinn after serving for 4 years from 1997 until 2001 in the Unted States Army. Kevin was a US Army Air Assault infantryman and medic, hence the name “Air Assault”. After leaving the Army in 2001 , Kevin spent 6 years learning the HVAC trade under the tutelage of another HVAC contractor. In 2007 Kevin felt he had enough experience to start his own business. Air Assault services all of the Greater Lakeland area as well our surrounding counties. So when you are thinking about A/C or electric, give Air Assault a call!
WHAT WE SPECIALIZE IN
Heating
We recommend calling Air Assault for servicing your heat in the fall while there is still parts availability at our suppliers. When that cold snap hits, Air Assault has seen parts dry up very quickly in the past.
air conditioning
At Air Assault we install and service air conditioning systems, both residential and commercial. Most systems come with a manufacturer 10 year warranty which brings peace of mind when you have been trying to limp along an older and outdated unit.
ventilation
Air Assault recommends coil inspection and/or cleaning on an annual basis. Air Assault also installs exhaust fans in many styles and sizes. Attic fans go a long way in reducing attic temperatures which in turn helps you’re A/C system and in the long run reduces energy cost.
